Happy 4 oz Hand Dyed Super Wash BFL Top
This is one of my all time favorite colorways! I have never dyed super wash BFL before, and it was an interesting experience. To make a fiber super wash they use a gas to descale the fiber so the individual fibers can’t lock together and felt. This would be safe to put in your washing machine and lay flat to dry! The descaling process makes the BFL even softer too. The downside when dyeing is it is hard to keep it together when it is wet, so this one is in 2 pieces. This would be great as a fractal spin or chain plied! Great for all your spinning projects, but no good for felting! ; )
